Fontspring foundry support – anyone else having trouble reaching them?

I have been trying for several weeks to get a response from Fontspring's foundry support (foundries@fontspring.com). Does anyone have an alternative email address or some advice on how to get in touch? Thanks in advance!

This is unfortunate and never how we ran things. I left Creative Market / Fontspring in March 2025 and know there was a recent layoff of 1/3 their staff. Not a great time to be in the image asset business. I also know that their support team shrunk considerably. I would try sending an email to john at fontspring dot com and see if he can help. He’s the longest surviving part of the team and managed foundries for a long time.

Short feedback. No luck so far – I don't think anyone works there anymore. Astype fonts can now only be viewed on the site.

Does this mean they went under or is this just a failure in service?

They have not gone under. Complete failure of service. In light of generative ai and Monotype and TypeFounders swallowing up font shops, the future looks bleak though.
