    A few other members have been having this problem.
    The workaround is for a mod to go into the users account via the backend and change the password to something generic, then send that password to the affected member. Then they can login and change their password to whatever they want. 

    This issue seems to be a bug where the member isn't contacted via email when they want a password reset.
