I use the Polsku font for my musical artist brand. I’ve used it for so long now that it’s become an intrinsic part of my brand.
It was created in 2010 (http://osp.kitchen/foundry/polsku/tree/master/sources/Polsku.sfd#project-detail-files). As much as I love the font, one issue is that it does not have any numbers, i.e. 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 (https://www.fontsquirrel.com/fonts/polsku). It also does not have ?, !, :, ;, , €, £, #, $, %, *, (, ), /, “and”, ‘, +, -, or =.
As I'm new to the typography world, who could I contact about creating these characters in this font? Or is there a software for it? I contacted the guy who created the font but he says he can't do it and that I should ask on here. He did clarify that "Polsku is a free and open source typeface so you or the designer you’ll hire have the right to add, modify and distribute the typeface".

I had a quick look at the font. It's true it's basic but there are some mistakes: the line spacing is too narrow, the commaaccent is confused with the cedilla, etc...
So, it's not only the creation of the missing characters but a little more work.
Hope you'll find somebody to do the job.
