I am looking for the best tool to convert a handwritten alphabet into a font with good standard kerning. The letters don't connect. This should make things easier, I guess. Any suggestions?

I recommend Scanahand but please be aware I'm the main developer. The upcoming release which is scheduled for next week will contain auto kerning.

There are several options to run Windows or Windows software on a Mac, so that should not be an issue.Alternatively you could give our online font generator yourfonts a try.0
