The order of the weights of my type family is not showing correct even in the Adobe Creative Suite menu. Below you'll see the WeightClass values that I used, and the final order:
WeightClass Values:
Black 800
Bold 700
Book 600
Light 500
Extra Light 400
Hairline 300
Final order in Adobe menu:
Black
Bold
Book
Extra Light
Hairline
Light
At this point I deduced that InDesign was ignoring the WeightClass values and using an alphabetical order. Then I tried again, now changing the weight names so they would be correct even in alphabetical order:
WeightClass Values:
Black 800
Bold 700
Book 400
Light 350
Super Light 300
Ultra Light 250
Final order in Adobe menu:
Ultra Light
Super Light
Black
Bold
Book
Light
As this second try resulted in a nonsense order (neither alphabetical nor respecting WeightClass values), I decided to look for help.
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance!
ps: I'm using Robofont

And are you sure it is not a font cache problem: https://www.glyphsapp.com/tutorials/eliminating-font-cache-problems

Both pages are for Glyphs but the solution applies for all apps.
