I use these three words as starting point "صد عکس مارپیچ". In persian it means "one hundred twisting photographs"! It helps me to solve a challenging situation where the dots could collide and also it gives me a general idea about how the face looks like. Also Adhesion text didn't work very well for me so I'm writing a python script that takes a persian corpus to produce the text. I'll post it here when I made it work precisely.
There used to be an Arabic fork of the Testing Page available at http://ritaco.github.io/font-testing-page/ but it's no longer online. You may contact https://github.com/ritaco to see if they already have the files. I will be happy to add Arabic if someone provides the text strings.
