Software that uses GDEF Ligature Caret Positioning?

I was wondering where the LigatureCaret positioning information stored in the GDEF table is actually used?
As far as I can see, Adobe apps at least up until CS6 and MS Word do not use it. Mac apps using the Cocoa text engine seem to be the only ones that make use of it. Does anyone know about any other software that does?
