User registration no longer requires approval.

Now that I know the forum works user registration no longer requires moderator approval. That means anyone can just jump into the conversation. Hopefully this will make things a little more active. The down side is that spambots will manage to get in now and then, and we might have to start dealing with (nuking) type ID requests and such.
