Kerning/spacing issue of whole family only in WebFont version!

Hello to everyone, this is my first discussion.
I'm having strange issues with an font family.
As said in title, kerning looks really bad for all weights, but only in web font version.
While desktop version looks fine, no such issues at all.
Problem is (probably) not related to vendors side, cause it looks same in all web previews from all know vendors.
Does anyone have any idea what is causing this problem?
It really gives bad picture of the whole font family and us as designers.
Thanks!
Dusan

Do you get the same results with other fonts in your web page?
How are you turning kerning on in your CSS?0 -
There are issues only with that font family.
It looks pretty bad equally in web previews of all major shops (MyFonts, Linotype, Fonts.com, Fontspring...), so I'm pretty sure it's something related with the files and not with mentioned shops. It display same kerning issues in all browsers.
I'm not turning kerning on, either I download generated web font files (from Fontspring i.e. where you download also their test specimen and where I saw at first those issues) or see how web preview looks on MyFonts (in their WebFont tab and with "Try in Typecas" as well).0 -
So, you mean the spacing looks bad?1

Actually, you're right. This is related to spacing, not kerning.
Sorry, I was really under impression of what I saw at first, that instantly made me think it's related to kerning.0 -
Do you have a screenshot or a link? Hard to do blind telediagnosis.2

Naming the typeface would make this easier, too.0

John from Fontspring solved the problem.
It was related to my computer (Win7). After uninstalling fonts from my computer and restarting Windows, everything looked as it should.
Only Opera still keeps displaying bad preview now, while other browsers have no problems!
Thanks for all the help, I believe this was one of strangest issues experienced so far.
