Devanagari Testing Page

Started working on a Devanagari version of the testing page at
http://www.impallari.com/testing/devatest.php

Still a very early beta (just a beginning, to build upon), so it may have some mistakes.
Whatever you want to see added or improved, just let me know. I will be working on it the upcoming weeks.

The url at the top is not longer needed. It's have been integrated into the standard version.
