What is the new default Devanagari font in iPhone and other Apple devices since iOS 26?

Apple quietly changed the default Devanagari (and possibly other Indic languages) with the launch of iOS 26 and Mac OS 26 last year. But nowhere is the change documented.

I think it is called Zither.
