Hey everyone,
Wanted to share something we've been building at Resistenza Type over the past while.

Resistenza Tools, made for type designers and anyone who works with type day to day.

Right now there are three:

  • Freefall — a variable font explorer, for playing with axes and instances in a more intuitive, visual way for designing a quick specimen.
  • Cinema — a type animation tool, for playing with your variable fonts (my fave)
  • Bizstudio — a business card design app for everybody featuring our fonts.

We'd genuinely love feedback from you since you're the ones who'll notice the details we might miss:)

All three are free to use, with optional paid upgrades if you want more features..

Cinema has a quick manual too:)

    I tried quickly your tools with the 2 variable fonts I created. No particular remarks except that it's an amazing tool. Bravo!
    I'm curious: resistenza contra di che cosa?

    Hi Yves, thank you, I'm glad you liked it.

    Resistenza is an analogy for what lasts. It stands for designs, and typefaces that remain, endure, and resist.
