Change to email address display

Email addresses used to register TypeDrawers accounts are no longer visible to most members. Now only type industry professionals can see these email addresses. If your custom field for email is filled in that address is visible to anyone.

This change was made to keep spammers from harvesting email addresses. I apologize for not blocking this behavior to begin with.
