Kern classes change?

I'm using Fontlab Studio 5.1.2. I just started creating kern classes for a font I'm working on and noticed a new icon that appears to the left of the kern class name. It's just a tiny blue k which I assume is just for identifying it quickly as being a kern class. What I don't understand is why it's suddenly showing up now and didn't before when I haven't upgraded recently. Is this some setting I might have accidentally activated?

Hmmm… Maybe it was there all along and I just never noticed it. I was looking in the pdf manual to see if it was mentioned and it had those icons there all throughout. I probably should have been wearing my glasses for this before.0
