Adobe Type 1 ‘Expert Set’ ligature mappings?

Can someone remind me of the ASCII mappings for the common f–ligatures as used in Adobe’s PS Type 1 ‘Expert Set’ encodings, pre-OpenType? As I recall, they were mapped to V W X Y Z, but I can’t remember which ligature was mapped to which codepoint.
