Hi Type Drawers !
I'm pleased to share with you my first retail typeface: Carolinéale.
Carolinéale is a contemporary humanist sans-serif, rooted in history.
It is the result of years of research on the Carolingian minuscule, coined in the Frankish monasteries of the 8th and 9th centuries, as well as on the musical notation systems of the time.
It is available at PampaType. You can read more about the project here.
Cheers !

I regret to have discovered this only with delay.A very interesting project. Neatly executed. Having dealt with medieval script coining of all sorts myself a lot, I welcome this release wholeheartedly. In the old age’s peculiar lettering cultures, there is still much to be discovered for new design ideas.Congratulations – and lots of luck with it!0
