Uniscribe / DirectWrite Web Browsers

This question arises as I am looking for a tool to compare shaping engines and fonts. Until recently, web browsers allowed to use Javascript had seemed a good tool - I could supply the fonts in WOFF format, and switch fonts by button clicks. However, now that IE11 is no longer supported, are there now any supported browsers that use Uniscribe or DirectWrite for shaping?
