Hinting strategies tutorial

Hi there,

I'm looking for resources on TrueType hinting, something like a tutorial (video or whatever) showing you step by step how to hint a font. At the moment I'm reading the Glyphs app tutorial, it is well done but I'd rather prefer a video with examples on how to hint different letters and different styles (sans serif, serif). Is there something like this out there? 
It also would be great if someone is able to teach me in remote class mode something about hinting. If you can, you contact me in private to arrange a meeting and to discuss the price.

If you are interested in Visual TrueType VTT, the video I did at TMX on hinting variable fonts is here, starts at 45 mins in. It’s about Variable font hinting but most of that translates across to hinting static fonts also in VTT
