Mr Mosley, the type historian, made a Scotch Roman a few years ago. I really like it very much:

A bit more research shows that it did exist at one time in digital form, perhaps only for personal use. Mr. Mosley wrote:"My own digital New Scotch (below) is derived from the Long Primer (about 10 point) size of the Miller types."2
