Conversion to .SWF format

Does anyone know how to convert a font file from .OTF format to .SWF format ?
This is a font I have designed myself so I could also export it in .WOFF format or even .TTF
There are several online converters which purport to do this but I have yet to find one that actually works.
I do not want to go out and buy Adobe Illustrator, it is very expensive and this is only for one font file, besides Flash is just about dead.
