Searching for a Dutch book title

Twenty-five or so years ago when I lived in Amsterdam, I enjoyed browsing design books, including one devoted to tittles.

The book basically showed the wide variety of tittle shapes above the stems in different fonts.

I think the title was something like "Het Punt boven de I" (or is it het i?) -- in English, something like "The Dot above the I".

I have been unable to find mention of the book online, and a designer friend in Haarlem could not recall the book.

Might anyone know the correct title and author? And do I remember correctly that the small book had a yellow cover?

That would be "de puntjes op de i" by Ko van Harn, published in 1994. Stil available from the publisher here:
