How can I compare the set size of two different members of the same font family?

Hello,
I expanded a font I made many years ago with a bold and along the way something went missing and the two weights differ by ten glyphs. What is the fastest way to find which the DIFFERENT glyphs are so I can sync and interpolate? FL7, Win 10
Thanks in advance.

Create an encoding using the script posted in the FL forum as well as in here recently, then copy the file, restart FL, open the other font, set encoding.2

Open both fonts in FontLab, select them both in the Fonts panel and use the Font > Compare Fonts menu command.3
