I would like to know if is possible to do the opentype features for a variable fonts using VOLT?
What are the new opentype features?
Do I need to wait a new version of VOLT?
Any help will be appreciated.
TIA

VOLT predates variable fonts so no wonder it does not support them. Some variable fonts workflows involve creating standalone masters then merging them into variable fonts (e.g. using FontTools’ varLib), so that would work with a VOLT -based workflow I guess.

Hi Khaled, thank You for your answer.
I mean: after making a variable font using fontlab VI (ex) without any opentype features Is it possible to use VOLT to make them?
What are the new features in GSUB and GPOS?
