Outlining fonts in a whole InDesign document upon generation

During the weekend I tweeted about it but as I think more people will find this technique useful, I also post it here.
I found this technique to outline all text in InDesign documents upon generation. It can save a lot of time when you want to prevent fonts from being extracted from your PDFs using FontForge.
