Please Help Identify
I have been searching for possible typefaces based on this lettering. This a 1941 Masters Tournament handout. I feel that the lettering is done by hand, but based on some type of stencil or lettering machine similar to Leroy. I am working to recreate it and I want to be exact. 
Can anyone identify what these might be? Thanks.
