Determine whether a font file is OpenType format or TrueType format

The Wakamai Fondue beta now reports on the format of the outlines, not the a general format of the font:
It will also say "OpenType CFF(2)" when CFF outlines are present.

I'm checking for "helper tables" like cvt, cvar, etc. like so: https://github.com/Wakamai-Fondue/wakamai-fondue-engine/blob/master/src/fondue/Fondue.js#L57
In the future I hope to check for actual hinting data per glyph!1
