Instagram doesn't have a way of reporting piracy. You can flag it as spam and maybe someone at Instagram will suspend the account.
  • Good look, try to reach the website registrant behind the scheme from below. Makes you wonder... why use bitcoin to stay anonymous when you don't even manage to proxy your domain registration.

    Name: Andrew Chumakov
    Organization: Private Person
    Street: Nevsky st. 100
    City: Saint-Petersburg
    State: SAINT-P
    Postal Code: 188360
    Country: RU
    Phone: +7.9217739938
    Fax: +7.9217739938
    Email: email@gmail.com

Also, for Instagram to do anything about IP violations, they need to actually violate IP. All the account does (for all Instagram cares) is post nice images with nice fonts in it.
  • Actually, Instagram does care.
    Instagram's TOS says...

"7. You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree to comply with all laws, rules and regulations (for example, federal, state, local and provincial) applicable to your use of the Service and your Content (defined below), including but not limited to, copyright laws."

    Instagram's Help pages say this...
"Theft of IP can be reported but only by the IP rights holder."
So contacting the IP owner and alerting them to the infringement is the best approach.

The info on IP infringement goes on to say this: "Please note that we regularly provide the rights owner’s name, your email address and the details of your report to the person who posted the content you are reporting."

So it is absolutely best to let the IP owner know instead of one of us reporting it.
