Alternate Glyph (special characters)

Hello everyone. I have created a font and special characters but I do not know how to link a letter to all its variants so that when I install it and use it in Adobe Illustrator, I can see the characters as shown in the image. Actually I am new creating sources and I do not know how to do it. can you help me. Thank you
