Scribus, the open source publishing program, will soon support OpenType. No details, though.

Hopefully this means that Harfbuzz integration will soon be complete. Way cool.

Yes, the OpenType support is Scribus is via HarfBuzz. It should also support Graphite fonts and AAT on mac. It has its limitations, though (like not being able to hyphenate inside ligatures) and the general amateurishness of Scribus.
