Mobile app and standalone software licence

I've got this question for the first time and will appreciate any advice from you guys.
The client wants to purchase a perpetual licence for the project with different elements, including a mobile app and standalone software. I admit I have no idea about the price / limitations so any advice will be highly appreciated.

I think it depends on how the font will be used in the apps. If it's for branding / UI then you'd probably look at this as an extension of your standard license. But if the app uses the font to crete content using the font, you'd probably want to consider this as more of a special case.0
