I NEED SOME HELP** Looking for guidance on dot alignment and diactric placement

I am submitting my font and get feedback like this:
• Regarding the uppercase diacritics, the heights not aligned. Also not centered properly in caps.
• Dot position is still different for ?, !, ¿, ¡
are there any resources or references someone can point me to that layout guidelines on how to properly do this?

Also this, • ? and ! should be aligned at the dot. Same goes for ¿ and ¡
