TypeThursday had an interview with educator and author Juliette Cezzar.
We talked about the importance of typography and type in editorial design and how to teach students to think about typography.
“For me, when I say “typography,” I mean the use of type. And the use of type is control over the relationships between different type elements. Those relationships can be controlled by changing their form, their scale, their placement, their value, or their color.”
