  • Ray, as long as you’re soliciting feedback from the first nations, would you mind encouraging them to write up their feedback in a form that can be released under a CC license? It would be a great help to others who need to understand why things end up looking the way they do.

    Good idea. A form? I'll compile the caveats in the documentation and include references.

    So far all I've heard back about is a problem with Cree. There's a set of syllabics that looks like sort of like a flipped and rotated S. The Unicode chart shows the wrong orientation. I'll post pictures of that one soon.

    That’s not something I would be proud of Ray, but any publicity is good publicity, right?

    It was slightly ironic to see the GDC president touting Canadian type design: the GDC corporate face appears to be Klavika.
