Hello, does anyone know how to adjust leading or line-spacing in fontlab?

I think you might be looking for:
File > Font info > Metrics and dimensions > Key dimensions
and also the next window: TrueType-specific metrics
I still find it tricky to do, so I'd recommend reading up on it. A great source is Karsten Luecke's Font Metrics manual
