Problem with FontLab interpolated class kerning

I'm working on the 2 extremes of a family and keeping the same pairs for each then blending between. This works fine for the caps, but if I try the lowercase, (or anything else) they won't show on the metrics panel of the destination font. This hasn't happened before, anybody got any idea what's going wrong?

Interpolating kerning in Fontlab is a nightmare. If you use Superpolator the results are much better and you don't have to artificially match the same pairs in each extreme.0
