Firefox v44 (released January 26) started using the Open Type Sanitizer (OTS). Fonts not passing the OTS tests are rejected and will not show up.1 -

One one hand, no everyone is in Myfonts. On the other hand, they also count a lot of death people and defunct foundries, so that may compensate a little bit for one another.4
