One way to fix this is to move your ligature feature so it's after the small caps feature. Features are executed in the order you place them in the font.3 -

I've added Cyrillic to a few of my type families, and when I have, I've kept the price the same. The trade off for my time and effort is a larger potential market. No need to charge extra.1
