Bug Description

http://font.ubuntu.com/ufl/ contains the following (focus on 2nd half of 1st sentence):
"1) Each copy of the Font Software must contain the above copyright notice and this licence. These can be included either as stand-alone text files, human-readable headers or in the appropriate machine- readable metadata fields within text or binary files as long as those fields can be easily viewed by the user."
(I also see this in UFL.txt for an Ubuntu font i downloaded from Google Fonts.)
However, neither
http://font.ubuntu.com/ufl/
nor the afore-mentioned UFL.txt contains a copyright notice.

This is in contrast to OFL.txt (also provided with a font downloaded from Google Fonts), which has the following on top of the file:
"Copyright (c) 1994-2014, SIL International (http://www.sil.org/).
This Font Software is licensed under the SIL Open Font License, Version 1.1.
This license is copied below, and is also available with a FAQ at:
http://scripts.sil.org/OFL"

Do i need to prepend any copyright notice on top of
"-------------------------------
UBUNTU FONT LICENCE Version 1.0
-------------------------------"
for an unmodified UFL-licensed font embedded in a commercial product?

P.S.
It seems the copyright notice must only be contained for derivatives of UFL-licensed fonts. If so, perhaps the wording needs tweaking?
