It might be a DDOS attack on Vanilla’s servers. Forums get attacked a lot. Vanilla can handle huge attacks but a really monstrous attack can still choke them.3

All OK for me in Denver Colorado USA0

When typedrawers.com is down in Switzerland, as it is right now, other forums like civicwagon.com are accessible. Using a VPN is okay for me, but other users probably won't think to use a VPN when they see that a site is inaccessible. My internet provider, Swisscom, even warns me that typedrawers.com is a security risk (phishing, fraud), which is definitely a bad reputation for a website.James Puckett said:It might be a DDOS attack on Vanilla’s servers. Sounds like your ISP may have over-active security protections.0

Probably! But Swisscom is (by far) the biggest Swiss provider, ex-state telecom firm similar to these behemoths in other countries. Typedrawer has been offline from Switzerland for the past month.John Hudson said:Sounds like your ISP may have over-active security protections.0 -
Same. I couldn't reach the forum for most of the day, be it at work or at home, on the phone or the laptop.

It works for me when on Swisscom, but it never works when on Sunrise network, also claming a security risk.0

As per online services it is available in Switzerland, so it must be an ISP specific issue

At least the Swisscom website claims TypeDrawers isn't on its black list:

I got this AdGuard warning for the second time today trying to access the site. I wonder if it is related to the issues others here are seeing.

Still unaccessible via Sunrise ISP. Writing now since I couldn't access the website for circa a month due to mostly using Sunrise ISP.0

I just got this from the wifi within Newark airport in New Jersey on my phone, but my laptop accesses the website fine to post this comment! LOL
No idea why this happens

The OHSU (Oregon Health Sciences University) hospital complex free wifi won’t let me visit typedrawers. Again some generic notice (if you can get it, behind the scenes—I can see it in Firefox, but not Chrome) that they think it is dangerous.

It disappears for me for about a week at a time.0

Hoping this helps (Source):The website
typedrawers.comunfortunately suffers from an Open Redirect vulnerability (example), which is being actively abused by criminals to redirect victims to phishing websites (still active at the moment).
This is the reason why the domain is included in several malicious URL/domain blocklists.
If you know who operates typedrawers.com, you may want to notify them about this vulnerability. The "example" is:https://typedrawers.com/home/leaving?allowTrusted=1&target=...
