Hello from Serbia: passionate about programming and typography.

Hello everyone! 

My name is Marian, and I’m from Serbia. 

I love calligraphy and books, but most of all, I love programming. 

I’m not sure if there are other programmers here, as this forum seems more focused on design, but I’d be glad to meet like-minded people. I've recently become passionate about studying typography and font rendering from an engineering perspective, as well as learning about modern trends in this field. I’ve started with some literature on the topic, and I was glad to discover this community exists.

I’m also a hands-on learner, so I decided to create a font rendering engine from scratch as a way to deepen my knowledge. If anyone’s interested, I’d be happy to share my journey in a separate thread and hopefully get some advice from more experienced members.
