A client of mine wants to use this font and with a license, but I can't find the designer Marco Muller. Can anyone help?

I have found five different typefaces under the name Melbourne.
The one made by John Marco Müller, developed as a student project in 2009, used to be licensable through MyFonts, but is no longer available. As far as I can tell, it has been withdrawn from the market, and the designer is no longer active in type design. This happens sometimes, and while copies of the fonts are probably drifting about, I recommend trying to find a similar or alternative typeface for your client.0 -

I’m not sure that is the same person, Thomas. The education and employment details don’t seem to line up.2

As of 2022, he seems still be have been working at Adobe Hamburg. I found several illustrations credited to him in Adobe online articles from that year. Also this Behance page:
