Morisawa, which seems too big to be purchased, also should survive —I hope.
I doubt Adobe acquiring monotype would raise antitrust concerns since fonts are considered peripheral to their business. That said, I can't imagine they would want to. They don't seem to want to be in the font licensing business, they use Monotype to license their own fonts for the kinds of uses they can't permit on their cloud platform.

That said, entirely possible Monotype is (and fonts in general are) just too small a business for the gov’t to care.
