Hello,
I am finishing up the family (Regular, Bold and matching Italics), but a very peculiar things started to happen when I kerned (I use a generic .FLC to set up kerning classes file and modify it according to the font at hand): some glyphs appear to switch the side that's kerned. E.g., when I kern the oval, right hand side of the D, all letters like H, I etc. get kerned instead. Still using FontLab 5 and don't know what to do. I've checked, the correct side is checked in the kerning classes.
Help, please0 -
In FLS5, the checkboxes are the opposite way. For example: you could add D to an O group with the left box checked...even though it's the right side that you want.2
