The fontbakery site is not down as you can see by following the link http://fontbakery.com/index-old.html. The problem is that fontbakery.com redirects after 2 seconds to the fixed IP address of a site that is down.0

You should run your own copy in Terminal; the webapp is still under development and goes down from time to time during development.
