NEW webfont Donegal on Google fonts

My second typeface Donegal is now available on Google fonts http://www.google.com/webfonts/specimen/Donegal+One Please note that as with Headland there is no kerning.

  I'm not aware that kerning exists for web typography and then I saw this http://frankie.bz/#optical-kerning-for-webfonts-typebutter Does anyone know anything to the contrary

  Looks like it may have a little bit of negative tracking but that's about all.
