SHOULD BE

'In an Arabic-script font, the application would apply the 'isol' feature to the letter ARABIC LETTER HEH (U+0647 “ه”)'

The feature friendly name is recorded as 'Medial Form #3'

SHOULD BE 'Medial Form #2'

I just found a typo in https://www.microsoft.com/typography/otspec/otff.htm

TAG ttcTag Font Collection ID string: 'ttcf' (used for used for fonts with CFF or CFF2 outlines as well as TrueType outlines)

Ack (already fixed in the v.next draft).

In the spirit of JFDI (just get on and do it), I have converted the spec to Markdown and posted it on Github: https://simoncozens.github.io/OpenOpenType/
