Book project advice needed - ABC of Custom Lettering

I've been working on a lettering book with Ivan Castro. I've not done a type / lettering book before and was wondering the best place(s) to promote it and who I should be sending review copies to. Blogs, magazines, etc. Any tips greatly appreciated
