Who knows which system/app/rendering environments do not recognize 32-bit Extension Pos lookup types?

Specifically, I’m trying to ascertain in which circumstances a font that uses extended {kern} feature lookups might end up rendering without any kerning.

    I had problems with extended kerning in MS Office (I think in 2010 for PC).

    Interesting, since several of the Microsoft 'C' fonts utilize Extension Pos lookups.
