In the specimen book I have, no accents are shown in the font showings. Accented characters could be ordered by number according to a chart in the back of the book. The chart shows them in Cheltenham.1 -

Very nice. The only quibble I would have is the spacing. Compare /den (too tight) to /all (too loose), that's where some adjustment is needed in both cases, in my view.3 -

That's been done too. Why waste your time when it could be more productively spent? Trying to catch a pirate, unless you have a large quantity of fonts at risk, is not time well spent.1 -

If you want to stagger placement, place it with the smaller distributor(s) first. The big guys don't need the sales.6
