The ‘House of Gryffindor’ Coat of Arms from the Harry Potter series, but drawn by a trained Heraldic Artist in a formal and traditional style.

Official version included below for comparison, which is drawn in a more casual illustration style.

When I’m explaining what Heraldic Art is to the uninitiated I use Harry Potter as a reference, which normally helps. This is the ‘House of Slytherin’ Coat of Arms from the Harry Potter series, but as if it was drawn by a trained Heraldic Artist in a formal College of Arms style, with traditional structure and proportions.

The official artwork shown at the bottom for comparison.
